Our FALL PROGRAM began May 12, 2012 and will continue this next Saturday at Luke's Locker at 953 West Gray. We offer Marathon, Half Marathon, Purple Group (13:45+ pace) and ATP (Advanced Training Program) training programs for all abilities and speeds. Join us as we begin your life changing program. Get ready for the walk or run of your life!
Program Dates:
Fall Program--May 12, 2012 through Nov. 11, 2012
Fall/Winter Program--May 12, 2012 through Jan. 31, 2013

REMINDER:
SHOE TAGS are required for all runs and EAR BUDS/HEADPHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED...it's a safety issue.

Please be ultra careful when running the Memorial Park trails, especially the biking/hiking trail between Picnic Lane and the east entrance to Memorial Park. Run in that section no more than 1 abreast.

Welcome to Houston Fit

We are a training program for walkers and runners designed with the goal of completing the Houston half or full marathon in mind. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Houston Fit Marathon Training T-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 29 weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running or walking the full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
